About
Georgi is widely recognized as a leading authority in the Bulgarian real estate and property technology (PropTech) sectors, bringing over 17 years of executive experience. He holds Master's degrees in Mathematics from Sofia University and Business Administration from the City University of Seattle. Georgi spent years as the CEO of AG Capital, Address Real Estate (Адрес), and Imoteka. Transitioning heavily into technology integration, he founded Proptech.bg (the largest PropTech community in Bulgaria) and launched 3p1, an investment fund explicitly dedicated to PropTech startups. He is also the initiator and co-author of the landmark Bulgarian PropTech Mapping Report.
