About
Victoria is a highly accomplished finance executive with more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, banking, and public investment instruments. She spent 18 years climbing the ranks of major systemic Bulgarian banks—including UniCredit, United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), and Postbank—where she specialized in managing debt portfolios for large corporate clients. In 2019, she joined the state-owned Fund of Funds (FMFIB), initially serving as the Director of Risk Management, Monitoring, and Reporting. In June 2023, she made history as the first female Chair of the Management Board and Executive Director of FMFIB, overseeing the deployment and planning of nearly €1 billion in EU co-funded financial instruments aimed at accelerating regional innovation, green energy, and startup ecosystems. Following her tenure at FMFIB, she transitioned into advisory roles focused on private wealth and strategic ecosystem growth.
