About
Irina is an accomplished impact leader and innovation ecosystem builder with over a decade of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She previously served as the Chief Operations Officer and Acting CEO of Junior Achievement (JA) Bulgaria, where she managed over 20 concurrent youth entrepreneurship initiatives and 60+ cross-sector partnerships. Recognized in Forbes Bulgaria’s "30 Under 30" list, she also drives regional innovation as the EIT Community Officer for Bulgaria. She is highly active as an accelerator mentor and startup pitch judge, frequently serving on juries for sustainable venture grants. Prior to her leadership work in entrepreneurship education, she was a Program Officer at the America for Bulgaria Foundation and worked at the OPEC Fund for International Development in Vienna.
