: Alexander is a versatile finance professional, corporate strategist, and seasoned venture capitalist with more than a decade of private equity experience. He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Bradford and completed Level III of the CFA Program. Early in his career, he worked as a corporate management consultant for Roland Berger, advising large-scale enterprises on operational transformation and growth models. He subsequently moved into venture capital, serving as an Investment Manager for NEVEQ II and later as a Partner at the €25 million New Vision 3 (NV3) Venture Fund, backing high-growth tech platforms, FinTech, and SaaS companies. He transitioned into corporate leadership as the Group CEO of SPARK Technologies, a major electric car-sharing platform expanding sustainable urban mobility solutions. He also sits on the Advisory Board of the Bulgarian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA)
