About
Peter is a veteran corporate finance expert with over two decades of international experience operating across all sides of the investment table. He spent seven years managing corporate restructurings and turnarounds before serving for four years as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Eleven Ventures, one of the pioneering early-stage VC funds in the CEE region. Following a tenure as the Group CFO for a high-growth, Inc. 500 US technology scale-up, he co-founded FinDep. The firm functions as a specialized "External CFO" squad, building highly functional financial planning models and cash runway architectures for companies generating €10M–€30M in revenue. He also shares his strategic insights as a board member for prominent regional brands, including Harmonica Foods and Puzl CowOrKing.
