She founded Innovation Starter, the first specialized innovation agency in Bulgaria. Under her leadership, the agency launched major ecosystem benchmarks, including the annual Innovation Explorer international forum (partnered with Capital.bg) and the Innovation Academy—the largest public-private entrepreneurship educational initiative in the country, bridging corporate leaders with over 16 national universities.
