Ilian is a veteran Bulgarian senior investment banker and corporate finance expert with over 25 years of prominent market experience spanning capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged finance, and strategic restructurings across the EMEA region and China. He previously built extensive institutional financial experience serving as the founder and CEO of KBC Securities Bulgaria, as well as a Senior Partner at Sofia International Securities. In 2013, he founded MANE Capital (originally registered locally under the Bulgarian transliteration Main Capital AD) to act as a premier independent investment banking boutique. Recognizing the expansion of digital assets, he later launched MANE Crypto, a specialized crypto-investment banking arm focused on structured advisory, legal framework alignment, and execution tracks for Security Token Offerings (STOs). He is a highly frequent financial commentator on regional TV networks.
