Boris is one of the most prominent serial social entrepreneurs and tech innovators in Bulgaria. He launched his career at age 13 through Junior Achievement and founded his first digital marketing agency, JT International, at just 18. At age 19, Businessweek ranked him among Europe's Best Young Entrepreneurs. Over the past two decades, he has successfully founded more than 15 companies, social ventures, and non-profits, including DigiMark (a software development leader), CSR Bulgaria (a dedicated corporate social responsibility network), and nPloy (an AI-driven job matching platform). Recognized in the Forbes "30 Under 30" list and inducted into the global Business Hall of Fame, he currently serves as the Global Head of Technology at JA Worldwide in Boston, driving digital and AI transformation strategies affecting millions of young people globally.
