About
Zlatolina is one of the most prominent female venture capital pioneers in Bulgaria, bringing over 25 years of investment, turnaround, and entrepreneurial leadership experience. She serves as a Managing Partner at New Vision 3 (NV3), a €25 million venture capital fund which succeeded the historic regional VC pioneer NEVEQ. Throughout her career, she has managed a wide spectrum of assets spanning FinTech, AI, and enterprise software. Before her career in venture capital, she served as a Deputy Minister of Transport and Telecommunications for Bulgaria, worked as a senior investment executive with a regional private equity fund launched by the EBRD, and was the CEO of Euroins Insurance Group. She is also a co-founder of Orbitel, which was successfully acquired by Deutsche Telekom
