Ivelina is a highly distinguished international finance executive, chartered financial analyst, and C-suite fintech leader. She earned her Bachelor's in Accounting from UNWE in Bulgaria and a Master’s in Finance from the London Business School. After leading credit risk and asset-backed transactions at global giants like BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank, she transitioned heavily into the European tech and lending sectors. She served as the Chief Operating and Credit Officer for AUTO1 FinTech in Berlin, scaling receivables-backed financing structures for car dealerships across Europe. She later expanded her fintech portfolio footprint as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for both Crezco and Shoal. Currently, she leads advanced credit structuring for asset-based finance within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) at Lloyds Banking Group, while actively supporting the startup ecosystem as a cross-border angel investor and teen business mentor in Bulgaria.
