: Angel is a prominent venture capital investor, corporate finance expert, and startup ecosystem builder in Bulgaria. Holding a Corporate Finance (CF) qualification from the ICAEW, he built a solid foundation in the investment sector through roles at Citigroup and Deloitte's Financial Advisory division. In 2017, he co-founded Innovation Capital, a major early-stage venture capital firm backed by the Bulgarian Fund of Funds. Under his leadership, the firm has executed over 200 early-stage and pre-seed investments, while Angel also spearheaded the fund’s specialized startup accelerator program, XLRadar. In addition to managing Innovation Capital's expanding portfolio, he serves as a Partner at ODC Ventures, targeting later-stage secondaries and growth investments across tech, fintech, and robotics
