About
: Martin is a prominent Bulgarian financial executive, investment strategist, and former government official with an extensive background in development finance, banking, and turnaround management. He holds a Global Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Carlson School of Management, alongside an Alternative Investments Certificate from Harvard Business School. From September 2021 to May 2023, he served as the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board at the Fund of Funds in Bulgaria (FMFIB), overseeing public and EU co-funded financial instruments. Following this role, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth for Bulgaria (2023–2024). He co-founded FinGrow, a venture-building and debt-advisory firm, and has chaired the Board of JEREMIE Bulgaria (part of the European Investment Fund). He actively works as the Country Officer for Bulgaria at the International Finance Corporation (IFC)
