George is a veteran information technology executive, corporate strategist, and business ecosystem champion. He spent a significant portion of his career as the General Manager of Oracle Bulgaria, leading cloud infrastructure scaling and enterprise data solutions across the region. A longtime leader within the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (AmCham), he serves as a prominent Board Member and was the catalyst behind establishing AmCham’s specialized Research, Innovation & Start-up Committee. In this capacity, he actively bridges the gap between local academic research and corporate business needs while championing legislative frameworks that support the scaling of tech startups.
